If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our Refund & Returns Policy. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Interpretation and Definitions

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear singular or plural.

For this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to 4th Ave Market.
  • Goods refer to the items/services offered for sale on the Website. 
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Website refers to 4th Ave Market, accessible from https://4thavemarket.com/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision using a clear statement.

Conditions for Returns

For Goods that are eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 15 days.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging and never used.
  • You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery has expired. This only applies if you have not received your package.

The following Goods cannot be returned/refunded:

  • Goods that were customized or personalized for you.
  • Goods that expired in your care.
  • Goods that have been used and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods which were mixed together with other items, by you or anyone else after delivery.
  • If your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
  • If You did not receive your tracking number because the wrong email address or phone number was used to complete your order.
  • Your package was stolen at your delivery address after being delivered.
  • Goods that were damaged by you, or altered are not refundable and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Items that were sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You can submit a replacement request within 15 DAYS after you have received and reviewed your package and realized that you received the wrong item/size. You can submit the request using the Contact Form or our email address on our Contact Us Page. Please note that if you are doing a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in and We MUST receive the returned package within 30 DAYS for the Return/Refund Policy to apply.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and track-able mail service. We will not issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

 

Buyers Remorse

All sales are considered final after 24 hours. All orders can be canceled before being shipped. Once your order has been placed, and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, your order can no longer be canceled.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You. If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

We are not responsible for Goods lost, damaged, or stolen during shipment. Reach out to UPS to file a claim. However, please reach out to us and we will help in any way we can.

*Note: Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees from us for such reimbursement.
